Through the kind support of the ILT Foundation the Association has again employed Richard Parr as part-time Southland Coach Director for the 2009/10 Rowing Season to provide support to the regions coaches and athletes.

RNZ Coaching Courses
Over the winter off-season the Southland and Otago Rowing Association’s in partnership with Rowing New Zealand deliver RNZ Level One and Level Two Coaching Courses.
